SEATTLE CIDER TAPROOM RENTAL INFO
Children and Infants
We are a 21+ venue, so unfortunately, kids are not allowed on the premise, including infants. This includes the outdoor patio area.
Deposits
A $50 deposit is required at the time of the reservation. The deposit will be used towards the minimum spend. The deposit is refundable, provided we receive your cancellation in writing up to 7 business days before your event or due to inclement weather.
Beverages
Seattle Cider Taproom operates under a Tavern license, meaning that we can serve beer, cider, and wine, but no consumption of spirits is allowed on the premise. We have 12 beers and 14 ciders regularly on draft as well as wine and non-alcoholic beverages. If you have a special bottle of beer or bubbly you would like to pour for your celebration, we will allow outside alcohol on a case-by-case basis, at a $15 corkage fee per bottle.
Food
All food is handled by Bread & Circuses / Hallava Falafel, the kitchen located in our taproom, so we respectfully ask people not to bring in outside food or snacks, if you would like to bring a cake or dessert, please bring your own compostable plates and forks. Whether you are interested in a plated setup, or more of a buffet setting, Angela Sommantico, B&C’s Catering Manager, should be able to answer any questions you have regarding food items.

Decorations
· No pins or nails are used to attach items to the walls. Only blue tape is used as an adhesive.
· All decorations are taken down and disposed of at the end of the event.
· Absolutely no glitter, confetti, or open flames. None.
· Breaking any of those rules will result in a $200 cleaning / repair fee added to the tab at the end of the night.
FAQ
RE: PA System
-We have a small PA system with a Bluetooth microphone that can be rented for a one-time fee of $50.

Mezzanine
This elevated Mezzanine is a semi-private ~500 sq ft space that overlooks the Taproom.

· 75” TV with Cable and HDMI cord
· Tables and Chairs for 30 guests
· The Mezzanine is not ADA assessable.

Bar Lounge
The Bar Lounge is a ~400 sq ft space on the north side of our bar with a view of Seattle Cider Co. production area.

The Upper Patio is a ~400 sq ft space on located out front of The Woods Tasting Room with easy access to the bar.

The event space at the woods-400 sq ft space set to the side of the woods tasing room with easy access to the bar.

Full Venue Buyout
On occasions, rent out our entire taproom space, but it’s on a case-by-case basis and all requests must be approved by our executive staff.

· Can accommodate groups of up to 160, with a minimum of 80.

· Monday – Tuesday: $2,000 minimum spend

Full Buyout Info
· A 30% deposit is required at the time of the reservation. The deposit will be used towards the minimum spend. The deposit is refundable, provided we receive your cancellation in writing up to 7 business days before your event.
· There must be a designated credit card that will be charged for any amount below the minimum spend and will include the 20% automatic gratuity.
· The minimum spend includes only beer, cider, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages consumed onsite.
· The minimum spend does not include catering from Bread & Circuses / Hallava Falafel.
· Seattle Cider Taproom is 21+ at all times, even during private events.
