Grapefruit Brulee – 5.97% ABV 1.5 BRIX – The bite of Grapefruit mingles with Apples and balanced by Vanilla and Caramel Notes.
Raspberry Blossom – 8.4% ABV 0.8 BRIX – Bursting with rich apple notes this celebratory cider is blushed and balanced with fresh raspberries. We ferment with elderflowers to highlight delicate aromas of lychee and pear.

Thai Tea Cider – 6.3% ABV 0 BRIX – Infused with Black Tea from Thailand.
Three Pepper – 6.9% ABV 2.6 BRIX – Spicy and sweet.
Odyssey Imperial – 8.4% ABV 2.6 BRIX – Big, rich apple flavor with a higher ABV kick.
Honeycrisp – 5.5% ABV 2.8 BRIX – Tastes like biting into a honeycrisp apple
Vivid Wild Blueberry 4.2% ABV 1.8 BRIX – Blueberry, blueberry, blueberry!
Barrel Aged Dry – 6.9% ABV 0 BRIX – Our award winning Dry Cider aged in a white wine oak barrel.
Chic-a-Orange Kola 6.3% ABV 1.5 BRIX – Burst of Citrus Orange and Kola Nut flavor.
Draft Beer
Juicy Haze IPA New Belgium Voodoo Ranger – 7.5% ABV – Packed with bright tropical aromas and brilliant citrusy flavors. This Hazy IPA wraps up with a pleasantly smooth finish.
Central Calling WC IPA Metier Brewing – 6.5% ABV 65 IBU – A simple grain bill of 2-row and Pilsner malt allows Mosaic and Strata hops to pop in this crisp golden ale. Grapefruit and Tropical fruit flavors are backed up with moderate bitterness. Enjoy this refreshing West Coast IPA.
Ride The Spiral DIPA Silver City Brewery – 8% ABV – Aggressive, yet approachable, Ride the Spiral Double IPA packs a tropical punch of fruit flavor, with the addition of natural pineapple and orange essences within an intensely hopped, hazy IPA. Spiral out.
Douglas Lager Douglas Lagered Beer – 4.7% ABV – Delicious, Balanced, Light
Roasted Rye IPA Rueben’s Brews – 7% ABV 80 IBU –Think of Roasted Rye as the best of an India Pale Ale and a Winter Warmer wrapped up in the same beer. Citrus and tangerine in the nose are supported by chocolate, caramel, and coffee-like roasted notes from the five different malts they use.
Sudhaus Pilsner Project 9 Brewing – 5.5% ABV – German style pilsner. Crisp and clean German pilsner with subtle floral notes.
Tavern Beer Georgetown Brewing – 4.2% ABV – An easy drinking lager brewed with malted barley from the Pacific Northwest and Simcoe hops from the Yakima Valley.
Serengeti Wheat Mac & Jacks – 5.1% ABV 19.5 IBU –
A crisp, refreshing American style Hefeweizen that is brewed with the best ingredients the Northwest has to offer.

Super Saison pFriem Brewing – 9.5% ABV 38 IBU – Historically, Belgian farmers brewed their strongest beers in winter, to be coveted and celebrated at Christmastime. pFriem’s Super Saison is also coveted, for its notes of pineapple, papaya, kiwi, and a flavor you’ll celebrate, regardless of the occasion.
Dark Matter Oatmeal Stout – Rooftop Brewing – 4.3% ABV 34 IBU – A dark, creamy and smooth stout that won’t knock you over – perfect if you love sunshine and dark beers together. The creamy mouthfeel from the oatmeal make this the perfect easy-drinkin’ dark beer!
Black Butte Porter Deschutes Brewing – 5.5% ABV 30 IBU – Black Butte Porter is an American Porter brewed by Deschutes Brewery in Bend, OR. It features rich chocolate and coffee notes, a luscious creaminess, and a roasted finish.
Quick Brown Fox Watts Brewing – 6% ABV 25 IBU – This beer brings together Watts Brewing Company, Fulcrum Coffee, and Vulpine Taproom to celebrate the opening of the latter’s new venture: the Vulpine Burrow. The recipe is inspired by the brown ale brewed for the Vulpine Taproom’s grand opening, now with the addition of Fulcrum Coffee.
