Seattle Cider

Dry – 6.5% ABV  0.0 BRIX The OG, Savory and Crisp. 

Pumpkin Spice – 6.9% ABV   2.6 BRIX A Fall tradition! Semi sweet pumpkin and spice  

Grapefruit Brulee – 5.97% ABV 1.5 BRIX The bite of Grapefruit mingles with Apples and balanced by Vanilla and Caramel Notes. 

Raspberry Blossom – 8.4% ABV  0.8 BRIX – Bursting with rich apple notes this celebratory cider is blushed and balanced with fresh raspberries. We ferment with elderflowers to highlight delicate aromas of lychee and pear.  

Wet Hopped American Cider – 6.3% ABV 0.4 BRIX –  Dry Cider infused with Hops.

VIVID Fresh Peach – 4.2% ABV 2.0 BRIX – Light and refreshing summer peach cider.

Raspberry Lemonade – 5.2% ABV 2.1 BRIX – Rich and Tart Flavors are lifted by a Tarragon Infusion.  

VIVID Bright Cherry – 4.2% ABV  1.5 BRIX Vibrant and zippy cherry cider. 

VIVID Juicy Pear – 4.2% ABV  1.8 BRIX Sessionable fruity pear cider. 

Gin Botanical – 7% ABV  1.5 BRIX Herbal, fragrant. Well-balanced and crisp.  

Basil Mint Seattle Cider Company – 6.9% ABV  1.8 BRIX Herbaceous cider with a touch of sweetness. 

Thai Tea Cider 6.3% ABV  0 BRIX Infused with Black Tea from Thailand. 

 

Three Pepper – 6.9% ABV  2.6 BRIX Spicy and sweet. 

Odyssey Imperial 8.4% ABV  2.6 BRIX Big, rich apple flavor with a higher ABV kick. 

Honeycrisp 5.5% ABV  2.8 BRIX Tastes like biting into a honeycrisp apple 

Vivid Wild Blueberry 4.2% ABV 1.8 BRIX – Blueberry, blueberry, blueberry!

Cucumber Hibiscus  6.9% ABV  0.5 BRIX Refreshing and crisp nature of the cucumber leading into a pleasant and bright Hibiscus finish. 

Deep Blue C 6.5% ABV 1.5 BRIX – Mixed Berries and Actual Blue Gummi sharks. Contains Gelatin. 

 

Draft Beer

Demar IPA Georgetown Brewing – 6.5% ABV – Easy-drinking IPA with flavors and aromas of mandarin orange, strawberry, and ripened pineapple.

Lush IPA Fremont Brewing – 7% ABV 80 IBU – Medium Sweetness with moderate bitterness and a toasted biscuit backbone. Tropical.

Batsquatch Hazy IPA Rogue Brewing – 6.7% ABV 54 IBU – Tropical, Citrus.

Magnetic Fields Hazy IPA Fort George Brewery – 7% ABV – Juicy Hazy featuring Azacca, Strata and Citra Hops.

Douglas Lager Douglas Lagered Beer – 4.7% ABV – Delicious, Balanced, Light

Daybreak Pale Ale Bale Breaker – 5.5% ABV 45 IBU – Crisp with complex aromas of grapefruit, apricot, and pine resin and hints of mango, blueberry and melon. 

Golden Pilsner Fremont Brewing – 4.5% ABV 20 IBU – Moderate sweetness with a light bitterness and a crisp, light body.

Festbier Dru Bru – 5.5% ABV 28 IBU – Oktoberfest-style lager. Rich Golden Lager. Malty and Bready. Subtle aroma of spices. 

Hefeweizen Silver City Brewery – 5.4% ABV –  This unfiltered wheat ale presents pleasing clove, vanilla and banana notes from traditional Bavarian yeast strain. 

Blood Orange Gose Anderson Valley Brewing – 4.2% ABV 12 IBU – Kettle Soured Beer. Tangy Citrus notes that compliment bright Gose flavors, creating a complex and sessionable ale. 

Ridgetop Red Ale – Silver City Brewing – 6% ABV 15 IBU Full-Bodied, Smooth, Sweet Caramel.

Nitro Thai Iced Tea Irish Death Stout Iron Horse – 6.5% ABV – Flavors and Aromas of Coconut, Turmeric, Star anise and Black tea. Dark and Smooth. 

Black Butte Porter Deschutes Brewery  5.5% ABV 30 IBU – Notes of Rich chocolate and coffee, a luscious creaminess and a roasted finish.
