Seattle Cider Taproom is the go-to taproom for cider and beer enthusiasts who appreciate an elevated, modern industrial aesthetic and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Our Taproom is a premier event space that is able to accommodate groups of all sizes. We offer a curated selection of high-quality cider, beer, and other local craft beverages in a space that fosters community and conversation, with an emphasis on simplicity and elegance, while focusing on educating our guests on cider and the ciders we produce in this building.

FEATURES:  3200 SF Indoor open floor plan, soaring ceilings, exposed beams with filtered natural light. The space is adorned with murals. We have an outdoor space with ample seating surrounded by plants under string lights.

Full Buyout Info

· A 30% deposit is required at the time of the reservation. The deposit will be used towards the minimum spend. The deposit is refundable, provided we receive your cancellation in writing up to 7 business days before your event.

· There must be a designated credit card that will be charged for any amount below the minimum spend and will include the 20% automatic gratuity.

· The minimum spend includes only beer, cider, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages consumed onsite.

· The minimum spend does not include catering from Bread & Circuses / Hallava Falafel.

· Seattle Cider Taproom is 21+ at all times, even during private events.

Monday – Tuesday: $2,000 minimum spend

Wednesday – Thursday: $3,000 minimum spend

Friday – Saturday: $5,000 minimum spend

Sunday: $3,000 minimum spend

 EVENTS ROOM

 

The event room is 400 sq ft space with easy access to the bar. Large bright and industrial at its core, the grand scale of the space lends itself to corporate parties, fundraisers, product launches, and more. Featuring bright walls, large tables and television for display. Lighting can be dimmed. This space is ADA accessible.

MEZZANINE

This elevated Mezzanine is a semi-private 500 sq ft space that overlooks the Taproom. Our mezzanine features natural filtered light from high windows, A whimsical mural featuring Cider making process and is lit by string lights from above. The Mezzanine is not ADA assessable.

NORTH PATIO 

Seattle Cider Taproom outdoor patio space in SoDo is a 400 sq ft space located out front of The Seattle Cider Taproom with easy access to the bar.

Minimum 15 guests –  Maximum 35 guests

5 Four Person Picnic Tables, Bar Rail Seating with 12 Bar Stools, Under shade sails.

Minimum of 3 hours

No Beverage Minimum

Monday – Thursday: $25.00 per hour

Friday – Saturday: $50.00 per hour

Sunday $40.00 per hour

BAR LOUNGE

The Bar Lounge is a 400 sq ft space on the north side of our bar with a view of Seattle Cider Co. production area.

Capacity 

Minimum 15 guests – Maximum 30 guests

The space has bar seating, counter seating and private ordering station at our bar for your guests to skip the line.

Minimum of 3 hours

No Beverage Minimum

Monday – Thursday: $25.00 per hour

WE HAVE 2 LARGE RESTROOM SPACES WITH MIRRORS AND COUNTERSPACE.

IS THERE ADA ACCESS?

OUR FACILITY IS ADA ACCESSABLE, AND ALL OUR SPACES EXCEPT THE MEZZANINE ARE ADA ACESSIBLE.

WHAT EQUIPMENT COMES WITH THE VENUE?

WE HAVE A PA SYSTEM AND PROJECTOR AVAILABLE FOR SPACE RENTALS. 

IS THERE PARKING?

WE HAVE AMPLE FREE PUBLIC PARKING PARKING ON OHIO AVE SOUTH WITH 12 DEDICATED SPOTS FOR PATRONS.

MAY I BRING MY OWN CATERER?

ALL OUR FOOD IS PROVIDED BY BREAD AND CIRCUSES, WE GIVE THEM FIRST RIGHT TO REFUSAL ON VENUE RENTAL FOOD.

WE ARE ON THE 113, 132 AND 131 KING COUNTY BUS LINE AND 1 MILE FROM STADIUM LIGHT LINK RAIL.

WE DO NOT HAVE CENTRAL AC, HOWEVER OUR SPACE IS CONNECTED TO OUR CIDER CELLAR WHICH STAYS FAIRLY COOL.

ARE THERE OUTDOOR SPACES?

WE DO HAVE AN OUTDOOR SPACE, WITH PICKNIC TABLE SEATING UNDER PERGOLAS AND STRING LIGHTS. 

RENTAL RULES

No Children or Infants

We are a 21+ venue, so unfortunately, kids are not allowed on the premise, including infants. This includes the outdoor patio area.

Deposits

A $50 deposit is required at the time of the reservation. The deposit will be used towards the minimum spend. The deposit is refundable, provided we receive your cancellation in writing up to 7 business days before your event or due to inclement weather.

Beverages

Seattle Cider Taproom operates under a Tavern license, meaning that we can serve beer, cider, and wine, but no consumption of spirits is allowed on the premise. We have 12 beers and 14 ciders regularly on draft as well as wine and non-alcoholic beverages. If you have a special bottle of beer or bubbly you would like to pour for your celebration, we will allow outside alcohol on a case-by-case basis, at a $15 corkage fee per bottle.

Food

All food is handled by Bread & Circuses / Hallava Falafel, the kitchen located in our taproom, so we respectfully ask people not to bring in outside food or snacks, if you would like to bring a cake or dessert, please bring your own compostable plates and forks. Whether you are interested in a plated setup, or more of a buffet setting, Angela Sommantico, B&C’s Catering Manager, should be able to answer any questions you have regarding food items.

Decorations

· No pins or nails are used to attach items to the walls. Only blue tape is used as an adhesive.

· All decorations are taken down and disposed of at the end of the event.

· Absolutely no glitter, confetti, or open flames. None.

· Breaking any of those rules will result in a $200 cleaning / repair fee added to the tab at the end of the night.

RE: PA System

We have a small PA system with a bluetooth microphone that can be rented for a one-time fee of $50.
